Imagining the future is key to creating the future that we want to have. In Utopia Press, we collectively imagine and broadcast messages about and to the future.  Created while in residence at Fruitlands Museum in Harvard, Massachusetts, the project is inspired by the radical utopian experiment lead by Bronson Alcott and Charles Lane in 1843.  Their vision of a better world in their time has lived to inspire us today through their extensive writings.  Using excerpts from their words as well as thinkers from Thomas More’s original Utopia text to today, Utopia Press seeks to catalyze utopian thinking right now in the midst our complex challenges of maintaining hope, engaging in radical imagination, and provoking just transformation of our world.
